Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

However, if disclosure would result in any of the following circumstances, we may withhold all or part of the information; in the event we decide not to disclose the information, we will notify the individual of that decision without delay.Please note that a fee of 500 yen per request will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.

Article 8 (Discontinuation of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
・If the Company receives a request from an individual to suspend the use of or delete their personal information (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”) on the grounds that such information is being handled beyond the scope of the purposes of use or that it was obtained by improper means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
Based on the findings of the preceding investigation, if it is determined that the request must be granted, we will, without delay, suspend the use of the personal information, etc.
・If we suspend use or take other measures pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if we decide not to suspend use or take other measures, we will notify the user without delay.
・Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspending service or taking similar action would entail substantial costs or if it is otherwise difficult to do so, and if alternative measures necessary to protect the user’s rights and interests can be taken, such alternative measures shall be implemented.
Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
・The content of this policy may be changed without notice to the user, except for matters stipulated by laws and regulations or otherwise in this policy.
・Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect upon its posting on this website.
